We asked Rachel some questions to help you get to know her better!

What do you enjoy most about your work?
🌟 I always feel honored to be a part of someone’s healing journey. It brings me joy to help people reconnect to the best version of themselves and live a better quality of life.

How did you become interested in acupuncture?
🌟 I found acupuncture while dealing with my own health concerns years ago. Through that process, I realized how powerful Chinese Medicine is and knew I had to pursue this path and share it with others.

What's your favorite herb?
🌟 Yuan Zhi (polygala root) - This is such a powerful herb to nourish the heart and spirit.

What is your favorite acupuncture point?
🌟 Pericardium 4 - I like to use this in acute or long standing trauma to help clear and regulate emotions. I also love the entire pericardium channel for how its used to connect to others and our external environment.
