Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present in the moment, aware of where you are and what you’re doing, while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts and sensations. It is something that we all naturally possess, but you need to practice it and learn how to access it in order for it to work in your benefit.

Mindfulness can benefit many areas of your daily life including physical and mental well-being, relationships and performance at work. When you slow down and change your focus, you find stillness and space to breathe.
