Qi gong refers to ancient Chinese movement methods used to promote physical health, emotional well-bring and spiritual development. These movements combined with focused breath are designed to enhance one’s life energy, also known as qi.

A daily practice of qi gong is wonderfully beneficial for balancing yang (i.e. action, movement) and yin (i.e. stillness, tranquility) within the mind, body, spirit axis. It is wonderful for all ages and can be modified for those who have trouble standing.
