End of the Year Ritual
It's hard to believe that 2022 is coming to an end! As you are setting new intentions and goals for 2023, we encourage you to take some time to reflect on all that you learned during the past year. Here is a quick, simple ritual - you can do this alone or with your partner/friends/family/coaches. Save this page in a safe place so that you can review it at the end of 2023!
Grab your journal and a cup of tea, then write down –
-3 things you learned this year
-3 things that happened this year that you never want to forget
-3 things that happened this year that you’re grateful for
-3 things that you are most proud of from this year
When you have finished that, write out 3 intentions for 2023.
An intention is a mindset or way of being, unique to you, for how you want to live your life. Once you have your intentions, you can support them with realistic action steps, or goals. Carefully consider how you can incorporate the steps into your life and do something each day to support your intentions. Together, goals and intentions are very powerful - daily connection with an authentic, inspiring intention is key to achieving your goals and the feelings you want to embody.
You can do this ritual at the end of each week, month or quarter 💙
